Courageous Christians stand up to popular cultures notions of morality

I guess homosexual and transgender activists have pushed things too far in recent years. Their hysterical demands have shaped the consciousness of popular culture to the extent that the mainstream now believes allowing mentally ill individuals to use bathrooms opposite of their gender
is the civil rights issue of the ages. 

Something that isn't even worth discussing has become an important topic of debate, with those opposing transgendered bathrooms looked upon as lepers that should be cast out of society. 

Well, Christianity has finally taken a stand against such foolishness. Although Christian Currents believes the issue of homosexual marriage should be left to the states to decide - hopefully against it, and we should go back to an 'ask don't tell' policy in society at large in regard to homosexuality, there comes a time when a line needs to be drawn.

Because as we can see, give an inch, take a mile attitude of some has now forced us into taking a less murky position on homosexual issues, or be overrun into oblivion. Enter the Nashville statement. A document outlining the Christian leadership community's official stance on gay marriage, transgenderism, and gay relationships.

It has decided to not back down to societal pressures, signifying a more traditional position when it comes to the issues stated above.

So, be careful when you keep pushing and pushing, activist. You may not like the pushback you get, how hard, and by whom.
